Stanley Morganstern

Stanley Morganstern, the managing partner, earned his BS in Accounting from Ohio State University in 1963 and his J.D. from Cleveland State University where he graduated first in his class in 1967.

He is the Editor of the Domestic Relations Journal of Ohio and the General Editor and Contributing Author of West Group's (fka Banks-Baldwin) Ohio Domestic Relations Law. That publication is often cited as authority by practitioners and the courts.

Mr. Morganstern is a certified specialist in family law and a chairman of the Ohio State Bar Association Family Law Specialization Board. He has conducted seminars for the Ohio State Bar Association, the Legal Education Institute, the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers, the Ohio CLE Institute, and the Supreme Court of Ohio Judicial College. Mr. Morganstern is also an adjunct professor at the University of Phoenix, Cleveland Campus and has been qualified as an expert in legal malpractice cases. Mr. Morganstern is a member of the Ohio bar Association, the Cuyahoga County Bar Association and the Ohio Trial Lawyers Association. He is a fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and has trained as an arbitrator. Mr. Morganstern has written numerous articles for publication in the Domestic Relations Journal of Ohio as well as for other publications.
